5) User-Generated Content & Moderation
Comments or submissions are the responsibility of the poster. We may moderate, edit, or remove material that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, spam, or violates our standards or applicable law.
Moderation appeal: email appeals@citizenofeurope.com with the URL, timestamp, and the text removed.
6) AI-Assisted Workflows
We may use AI tools for grammar, structure, translation, and research support. All final editorial judgments are human. We do not use AI to fabricate facts, impersonate individuals, or create deceptive media. See our AI Content Policy.
If synthetic media is materially used in visuals, we label it and add provenance metadata where feasible.

Report allegedly unlawful or infringing content via our notice form or email info@citizenofeurope.com. Include the URL, a description of the issue, your legal basis (e.g., defamation, privacy, copyright), and your contact details. We assess credible notices promptly.
DMCA (US): If you believe your US copyright is infringed, send a notice to dmca@citizenofeurope.com including: your contact info, work description, infringing URL, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
