The reason? Europeans are “thinking too independently,” and that, apparently, is a threat to freedom.
“We’re not forcing anything,” said one anonymous source close to the Heritage Foundation, “we’re just installing American values directly into their prefrontal cortex. It’s a liberty update.”

The leaked plan—reportedly brainstormed at a Mar-a-Lago fundraiser over Red Bull and paranoia—proposes a custom-built chip known as Neuralink Patriot Edition. Key functions include:
